Can I switch between Inbound, Outbound, and Complete GTM plans?
Yes. Your GTM strategy evolves, and your tools should too. You can upgrade from Inbound or Outbound to Complete GTM at any time. If you need to scale back, we'll work with you to find the right fit. All your data, playbooks, and integrations carry over seamlessly.
Is my data used to train your AI models?
Never. Your sales data, CRM records, and conversation history are strictly yours. We don't use customer data to train our models or improve other customers' results. SalesMonk is SOC 2 certified and adheres to strict data privacy standards.
What integrations are included?
All plans include native integrations with major CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), email providers (Gmail, Outlook), MS Teams and Slack. Complete GTM plans include API access for custom integrations.
What's included in my annual pricing?
Your plan includes unlimited users, all core features for your chosen GTM motion, standard integrations, and ongoing support. Usage-based pricing applies to AI-powered actions (auto-generated emails, personalized sequences, AI phone calls). Add-ons like the AI SDR Agent or Phone Agent are priced separately based on volume.
